Your library and content in it are associated with the email address used to make the purchase. 

Always use the same email address when making a purchase through this website and the system will prompt you to login to your existing account.

Receipts are automatically sent for each purchase or payment through our payment gateways: Stripe or PayPal.

• After logging in, click into the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
• Click … next to your card information.
• Select Replace.
• Complete the replace card prompt.
• Then, click Update to apply and keep the changes.

We offer many languages for most of our products. Translated languages will always be listed on the payment page. If your language is not listed there, we do not have that language available for that product.

Once inside your product languages will either be categorized or listed in the Downloads section of the product. 

All purchased products our housed in your Member's Library. Login HERE and click My Library in the top menu of the page.

If you have many products, you will find page numbers at the bottom of the page. Clicking Next or the page numbers will show your continued library. 

Update email preferences

• After you log into your account, you must click your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown menu.
• There, you can check for the email notification settings that currently apply and make any necessary changes

All of your products for Gary Douglas's online library are also available in an app through Kajabi. 

You can download it for your particular device HERE.

Please know that the app content is based on the email you used to purchase. We recommend using the same email and password across all of your Kajabi Member sites for the most ease. 

You can change your login email and password under your Profile Settings by Clicking on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page after you have logged in.

Making sure the app is updated, and occasionally refreshing the app will fix most issues.
